Mr. Abel J. Mwiburi holds an LL.B. (Hons) LL.M.from the UDSM; and Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law School of Tanzania. He is an Advocate of the High Court with diversity areas of specialisation which include ICT Law, Tax Law, Commercial Law, Banking Law, Conveyancing, Criminal Law, Probate and Administration of Estates Law, Labour Law, Contract Law, Corporate Law, International Trade and Finance, Family Law and Negotiable Instruments Law.
Mr. Mwiburi is a young, energetic and strong legal practitioner with five year experience of teaching both substantive and procedural laws at the University of Dar es Salaam, School of Law. He also possesses a well-built foundation in research based on unquestionable knowledge and skills on the same. His career strength is catalyzed by the experience gained from working with both private and public sectors for the past six years. Before joining the teaching team of the UDSM School of Law and the legal practice Mr. Mwiburi was employed by PricewaterhouseCoopers, as Tax Consultant.
