Dr Onesmo Kyauke, LL.B (Hons.), LL.M, Ph.D (Dar) is an Advocate of the High Court for more than ten years. He has developed a powerful background in litigation. Dr. Onesmo’s key area of expertise are in Banking law, Labour Law, Competition Law, Land law; Property Law; Arbitration; Insolvency Law; legal drafting and legal research. He has conducted his doctorate research on competition law and, therefore, he has powerful knowledge and experience in this area.
Dr Kyauke had taught at the School of Law of the University of Dar es Salaam as a Lecturer from 2005 to May, 2017.
